“When will you begin that long journey into yourself?”

Rumi

MY JOURNEY

For the past 20 years, I’ve traveled the world seeking what it truly means to be human. I lived in five different countries all around the world and my journey has taken me from counseling studies at university and meditation in monasteries, to sitting with shamans in the jungles of Peru, exploring somatic trauma and breath work, and facilitating HeartIQ circles.

Throughout my journey I came to realise that our approach to healing has been fragmented and is fundamentally flawed:

most of our work is based on fixing a broken self, rather than understanding the process of maturing the ego and initiating ourselves into soul.

” I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my soul.”

Rumi

A little more about me

I’m Kasia — a Polish-born, Netherlands-based human who loves slow mornings, good matcha, and wandering through nature with no destination. I live with my husband Maurice and our cat, Miss Smokey, who is basically our furry daughter. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me painting, reading mystical texts or growing vegetables. I love quiet evenings, deep conversations about life and spirituality, and the company of good friends that know how not to take life too seriously. I speak 5 languages, love to travel and am always reading new books.

Movement is  my biggest medicine. Dance and whirling have shaped my inner life as much as any book or teaching; they’re how I return to my centre. Painting, for me, is less about creating something beautiful and more a way back to innocence, a deep meditation. Creative expression is how I digest and integrate the sometimes overwhelming stimulation and demands of modern life.

I’ve lived in many places and reinvented myself many times, but the red thread through everything has always been curiosity, healing, and coming home to myself. I believe in the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of nature and the quiet magic of life. For me spiritual practice is about becoming as honest within ourselves as we possibly can. That’s it, Finding the courage to be authentic in a world that prefers the opposite is, I believe, what life is calling forth in all of us.
